Scheduling Factors Defined by You
Every parameter can be switched on or off depending on your own worship team structure and philosophy. Nothing is mandatory — if a rule doesn't fit how your team works, leave it off and the scheduler won't consider it at all.
Our confidential rating system allows you to set the skill level of each of your musicians. Assign levels as learning, developing, solid, strong, or expert. Use this to make sure the scheduler maintains a balance of strong and beginner musicians on every set. Turn this feature off at any time.

CONFIGURE THE SCHEDULER
You determine what parameters to use and how to use them.
Phase 1 of setting up your scheduler involves a sequence of telling the system what factors you want to use and how strongly you want that factor to be considered.
For example: In the "SKILL LEVEL" section, you get to decide the minimum skill level required to serve on a set. You can establish an average skill level for every worship set, and you get to choose if "expert" skill is a must have, nice to have, or optional when the schedule starts generating rosters.
DETAIL YOUR TEAM MEMBERS

Phase 2 of getting the most effective automated worship team scheduler working at full capacity, is to outline every team member. Once the scheduler knows the roles, instruments, skill levels, and serving frequency of every band member - it will use that to build guided schedules that fit your needs and honor your band member's preferences.
For example: if you have a team member with a preference set to "only play 1 set per month" - the scheduler will recognize that, and make sure that guideline is followed when building out a monthly worship schedule.

Once you're here, all you need to do is review potential conflicts and approve final schedules. Before generating any draft schedule, you can input special requests directly into a text field. Simply tell the system who you do or don't want scheduled on specific dates, and the system will instantly incorporate those into the next schedule generated.
An example: if you have a weekend where lots of musicians have requested blockout dates, the system might have to fill slots with someone who has already played too many times in a row. You'll receive an instant notification allowing you to accept or modify the discrepancy.
