Sets By Sunday stores only the information needed to build and deliver worship team schedules: your account details, your ministry workspaces, and the team member records you or your Planning Center account provide.

Team member data is scoped to your workspace and is never sold, shared with other churches, or used to train third-party models. Email addresses are used solely for schedule invites, RSVP links, audition links, and the notification alerts you enable.

Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers. Planning Center access tokens are stored encrypted and can be revoked at any time by disconnecting the integration from your account page.

You can request deletion of your account and all associated workspace data by contacting us from the email address on your account.
